Great blog Bullet. If you go to my facebook groupo Professional Practical Pet Groomers Unite you will see I asked Anais the same question. Before I posted on the board i sent her a privarte message asking her if she had stopped the use of bleach and oxidizing dyes. Shenever replied so I asked her publicly. I feel it is very wrong to mislead the public by saying she only used Pet safe vegan dyes. That is quite obviously notr the truth. She cannotchange the colour of her dogs monthly without lifting colour which means that she must have used bleach.

Bravo for you! My salon is a lot like yours except its not upscale but in a working class town. I see a lot of neglectful abuse as you call it. Sometimes people have lost their jobs and truly can’t afford the high veterinary fees but most of the time, its due to lousy priorities. I, too, sometimes resort to being very blunt. You did the best you could by Chester.

this is so true i like to say i just opened a shop a yr ago and have seen this happen first hand i git told all the lies being told about me and that ok i just reply well i can show u diferent and if someone comes and complans about my fellow buisness i just aplogies and same i will do my best to not let it happen
